Order processing All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping nüri products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our European warehouse by our certified B Corp manufacturing partner.

Delivery times & costs

France & EU (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy...) . Standard shipping — 4 to 8 business days . Costs calculated at checkout based on order weight

United Kingdom . Standard shipping — 4 to 7 business days . Express shipping — 1 business day available . Costs calculated at checkout

United States . Standard shipping — 2 to 5 business days . Costs calculated at checkout

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or exceptional circumstances. nüri is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or damaged packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@nuricosmetics.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & duties For orders shipped within the EU, no customs fees apply. For UK and US orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
