2. Scope These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on nuricosmetics.co by any consumer acting for personal use. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.

3. Products All products sold on nuricosmetics.co are cosmetic products formulated with natural ingredients, certified ECOCERT COSMOS Natural. Product descriptions and photographs are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible.

4. Prices All prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included where applicable). Nüri Cosmetics operates under the French VAT exemption scheme (article 293B of the French Tax Code — TVA non applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders Orders are placed online via nuricosmetics.co. An order confirmation email is sent automatically upon payment. Nüri Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Card details are never stored on our servers.

7. Shipping Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped from our European warehouse. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are detailed in our Shipping Policy available at nuricosmetics.co/policies/shipping.

8. Right of withdrawal In accordance with French consumer law (Ordonnance n°2026-2 du 5 janvier 2026), customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason. Opened cosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons. Full details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy at nuricosmetics.co/policies/refunds.

9. Legal guarantees All products sold by Nüri Cosmetics are subject to: . The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) — 2 years from delivery . The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code)

In case of non-conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

14. Applicable law & jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
